HMS Woolwich was a British destroyer depot ship of 875- tons displacement launched in 1934. HMS Woolwich was powered by four Admiralty 3-drum type oil fuelled boilers providing a top speed of 15 knots. She carried a complement of 350 and was armed with four 4-inch anti-aircraft guns and ten smaller guns.
