
An IPS protocol to support IBM 3270 transaction mode terminals. The IBM 3270 was the dominant transaction mode means of connection before the web became universal and is still prevalent in applications like airline reservations. TN 3270 supports this over TCP. IETF RFC 1576 `TN3270 Current Practices` describes the protocol.
