stercolith, stercorolith 1. A hard stony mass of feces. 2. A hard mass of fecal matter in the intestine. A stercolith can obstruct the appendix, leading to appendicitis. Fecaliths also can obstruct diverticuli. Also called: coprolith and fecalith.
