
(hi″pәr-brad″e-ki´nĭ-niz-әm) a syndrome in which elevated blood levels of bradykinin are associated with a fall in systolic blood pressure when the person stands up, with increased diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, as well as purplish discoloration and ecchymoses of the lower limbs.
