farcy, farcin, farcimen 1. A disease of horses and mules, sometimes of oxen, of the nature of a scabies or mange. 2. A contagious disease of horses and mules, associated with painful ulcerating enlargements; especially, upon the head and limbs. It is of the same nature as glanders, and is often fatal.
