(In topic `Mobile Internet`) WTLS (Wireless Transport Layer Security) is one of the 5 main layers of the WAP architecture. As its name implies, it is a security protocol based on the industry standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol known previously as SSL, and provides security services such as authentication and non-repudiation.
