Virtual Home Environment - the UMTS concept of `maintaining the same look and feel` wherever the mobile is used. It is planned that, as far as possible, the VHE should be realisable across GSM and UMTS and other IMT-2000 family members (such as cdma2000). Many ideas from GSM CAMEL are carried forward in VHE.
