Uluka (उलूक) or Ulook was the son of the king of Gandhara, Shakuni and Arshi in the Mahabharata. Before the Pandavas come back from their anonymity he wanted to take Shakuni back to Gandhara but Shakuni refused and stayed in Hastinapura to bring the war of Mahabharata.
