HMS Trinidad was a British cruiser of the Fiji Class of 8000 tons displacement launched in 1939. She carried a complement of 980. Four Admiralty 3-drum type boilers provided a top speed of 31.5 knots. Armaments consisted of twelve 6-inch guns; eight 4-inch anti-aircraft guns; and 16 smaller guns.
