Syrmosaurus is an invalid name for the dinosaur Pinacosaurus . 
Syrmosaurus This nomenclature (“crawling lizard”) is no longer recognized by scientists because they found that it described an animal that was previously given another name which is Pinacosaurus. Named by Yevgenii (or Evgeny) Alexandrovich Maleev in 1952.
