The Pernambuco was a Brazilian river monitor of 470 tons displacement launched in 1905. She had a top speed of 11 knots and carried a complement of 81. She was armed with two 4.7 inch gun and two 3-pdr guns. The Pernambuco took twenty years to build and complete, being laid down in 1890 and finally completed in 1910.
