The M50 is a French designed Israeli 155 mm Self-Propelled Howitzer developed in the late 1950s consisting of a much modified Sherman M4 tank chassis fitted with a French 155 mm Model 50 howitzer at the rear of the hull. This weapon has a maximum elevation of 69 degrees and fires a 43 kg high-explosive projectile to a maximum range of 18000 metres....
