The Louhi was a Finnish minelayer of 640 tons displacement launched in 1917 as the Voin. The Louhi had a top speed of 11 knots and carried a complement of 46. She was armed with two 3-inch guns; two 40 mm anti-aircraft guns and three machine-guns and carried 140 mines.
