A cherry beer based on lambic, a style of Belgian beer exclusive to the Brussels region. Local wild yeasts cause spontaneous fermentation and after it has aged 1 or 2 years in oak barrels cherries and cherry juice are added. An excellent, sweet, fruit beer. ABV = 4%.
