Katnosa is a regulated lake in Nordmarka, Norway bordering to the municipalities Lunner, Jevnaker and Ringerike. It drains through the river Katnoselva to the lakes Store Sandungen, Hakkloa, Bjørnsjøen and Skjærsjøen. It is regulated by the dam Katnosdammen from 1886.
