Healthcare proxy. A type of advance directive that gives a person (such as a relative, lawyer, or friend) the authority to make healthcare decisions for another person. Histone-rich calcium-binding protein. Major protein of sarcoplasmic reticulum, where it may play a role in sequestering calcium ions. Highly acidic, with multiple repeats of highly conserved domains, believed to be responsible for calcium binding.
