The Harusame was a Japanese Sigure Class destroyer of 1368 tons displacement launched in 1935. The Harusame was powered by three Kanpon oil-fired boilers providing a top speed of 34 knots and carried a complement of 180. She was armed with five 5 inch guns; two machine-guns and eight 21 inch torpedo tubes arranged in two quadruples.
