A Russian pie / roulade, Traditionally wrapped with Brioche dough and filled with alternating layers of salmon, hard cooked eggs and rice, mushroom duxelle, and vesiga. Vesiga is the spinal marrow of sturgeon and its use has all but disappeared from commercial markets. Crepes are often layered into the bottom of the pie.
