The Diligente was a French patrol vessel of 315 tons displacement built under the 1916 War Programme launched in 1916. The Diligente was powered by diesel engines providing a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4800 km at 10 knots. She carried a complement of 54 and was armed with two 3.9 inch guns and depth charges.
