The Spartakovetz was a Russian Yakobinetz Class submarine of 959 tons displacement launched in 1931. The Spartakovetz had a top speed of 15 knots surface; 8 knots submerged and was armed with one 4 inch anti-aircraft gun; one 37 mm anti-aircraft gun; two machine-guns and eight 21 inch torpedo tubes.
