Sacro-sciatic (ligament) logo #10444The large ligament in the form of a sheet which stretches over the area on either side of the sacrum, from the near edge of the hip bone to the bone of the buttocks. It covers the area generally referred to as the 'rump', and acts as a wall between the muscles of the rump and the pelvic cavity.
