The Dostoini was a British-built Russian Derzki Class destroyer of 1060 tons displacement launched in 1918 as HMS Thomas and transferred to Russia in 1944. The Dostoini was powered by four oil-fired boilers providing a top speed of 35 knots and was armed with two 4 inch guns and several smaller guns.
