Cerrito, officially Cerrito de la Victoria, is a barrio (neighbourhood or district) of Montevideo, Uruguay. Most of the barrio is on a hill (cerrito is Spanish for `hill`) on which is the very remarkable church named Santuario Nacional del Cerrito.
