    The wing of an aeroplane is said to stall when the smooth flow over the top surface breaks down and degenerates into turbulence. Reverse flow may even be present. On March 22, 1888 was the first meeting to instate and organise the English Football League. It was William McGregor, a draper and Aston Villa's director in Scotland, was the first man who was tried to establish some rules to that chaotic world where previously teams agreed their own matches and games.
