Bouvier

A minor white-wine grape grown in Austria and Hungary. Primarily used to produce a grape juice called Traubenmost, but also produces a sweet, fragrant wine called Sturm that is drunk very young.

The white grapes from the winery owner was Clotaire Clotaire Bouvier (1853-1930) in 1900, discovered on his property in the former Upper Herzogenburg Radkersburg (now Slovenia) in the midst of other vines.
