   Earthflow
   An `earthflow` (`earth flow`) is a downslope viscous flow of a sheet or stream of water-saturated material moving under the pull of gravity. It speed may vary, but it represents an intermediate type of mass wasting between downhill creep and mudflow. It may take several hours to move a sheet down the slope. An earthflow may affect as few as several square meters and up to several hectares.
