As part of her job, Teela is responsible for training and protecting her best friend, Prince Adam, prince of Eternia, who she is unaware is also He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. Teela usually assists He-Man in his battles against the Evil Warriors or the Evil Horde.

This day in history:

On 10th February 1996, a computer, Deep Blue, beat Russian Garry Kasparov, the greatest chess player on the planet, and mankind’s place in the order of things was reshuffled. The match immediately became an iconic symbol of the advances made in artificial intelligence and supercomputing. Kasparov has since retired, like Deep Blue, which now resides in a museum.
