A facility in Harvard, Massachusetts, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, part of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Among its principal instruments is a 26-meter (84-foot) steerable radio telescope, currently being used in Project BETA.
