   Hypotonic Uterine Dysfunction
   Uterine dysfunction that typically occurs during the active phase of labor, after the cervix has dilated to more than 4 cm. Contractions are usually irregular and are not forceful enough to dilate cervix at a satisfactory rate, which will lead to prolonged labor.
