    Linear transformation of enzyme kinetic data in which the velocity of reaction (v) is plotted on the ordinate, v/S on the abscissa, S being the initial substrate concentration. The intercept on the ordinate is Vmax, the slope is -Km. Preferable to the Lineweaver-Burke plot.
